But somewhere her long sleep has ended, and the complicated tangle of spite and hatred is lurking, hidden for now. And with it, all the old fairy tales wake up — tales about evil witches. And her tiny allies, the brawly Nak Mak Figgles, only make things worse. Things are supposed to improve after a night of kind, deep sleep — but it doesn’t happen. And it seems they’re only going to get worse. After all, a witch must deal with every problem that stands in her way…
