The Sueimei Japanese School of the Arts is famous for its dormitory and a building called "Sakurаso." Life in the dormitory is governed by a strict set of rules, but not so in "Sakurаso." There are no prohibitions or rules here—that is why it’s nicknamed a mental hospital. "Sakurаso" houses extraordinary people who stand out from the crowd, and that’s why there’s always something interesting and fun.

Among them is the remarkable girl Misaki, who creates her own anime. The screenwriter Jin also lives here. He is a computer virtuoso who knows every corner of the network. But Sorata Kanda managed to live among these very extraordinary people thanks only to his crazy love for cats. He earned himself a reputation as the only normal resident of "Sakurаso." And of course, only a normal person could trust the dormitory manager, Tikhіro, with meeting his relative from Britain.

Kanda was simply charmed by the angelic appearance of the blond Masiro. She also moved into "Sakurаso," but at a party she didn’t rush to befriend the residents. She was quiet, and everyone put it down to road fatigue. In the morning, the young man decided to visit the new boarder. He realized he has a genuine sympathy for her. And here came the real shock. First of all, Masiro turned out to be a great artist. But drawing was the only thing she could do on her own. In everything else, she couldn’t even dress without someone’s help!
