The Paths of Trojan

The “MediaBook” studio presents an audiobook by popular Russian fantasy writer Vasily Sakharov—“The Paths of Troyan,” the fourth in the series “The Night of Svarog.” The audiobook is narrated by a popular theater artist and well-known actor Aleksandr Gorodishchky, with roles in more than 30 film projects to his credit.

From a dead prince of Polotsk, who died fighting the crusaders, the wise man Vadim Sokol learns about an ancient inheritance—the paths of Troyan—and sets out to find them. He intends to discover a way to the enchanted paths and gain new knowledge. But this is not the most important thing. The Veneds’ union needs allies, and Vadim meets with the Grand Prince Izyaslav, who plans to become the first Russian tsar. Yet it won’t be easy to make that happen. The Byzantine emperor does not want Russia to grow stronger, and Prince Yuri Dolgorukiy plans to seize Kyiv and brings the Polovtsians to Rus’. A brutal war is underway, and Vadim Sokol joins it because there is no other way. He must support those who, in the future, may help the Veneds. And once again fate brings him face to face with old enemies—Bernard’s paladins from Clairvaux…
