Ancient Egypt. The time of Pharaoh Jedefre’s reign. At the advice of the chief priest of the god Thoth, a young ruler equips a sea expedition led by the “keeper of the pharaoh’s treasures”—Baurj eda. The expedition heads south to find the mysterious land of Punt—the Land of the Gods. After seven years Baurj eda returns to Egypt. But during that time, changes have occurred in the country, so his discoveries and stories about the huge world are no longer needed by anyone.
