Lost Paradise

A story of the unusual adventures of a young man, Stimm Taggart, whose fellow countrymen live on a giant starship, searching in space for a planet suitable for colonization. From the earliest childhood, Stim believed his destiny was much greater than becoming an ordinary engineer. Accidentally torn away from his home on a distant planet in a hostile, frightening world, Stim will not lose heart: he will continue fighting for survival together with the native inhabitants of Baghhar against the cruel galactic businesswoman on her side.
Her allies are advanced technologies and a submissive army of ruthless killers. But for their part, the native priests have used for ages in the war sensi-crystals, a powerful source of mysterious dark energy. Learning of the existence of the crystals, also known as void stones, desperate adventurers from the gang “Dead Echo” led by the legendary mercenary called Ghost arrive on the planet. After accidentally getting mixed up with the earthlings, Stim, over time, develops respect for people for their courage and selflessness. The young solarian soon becomes an indispensable member of the crew of the neutron cruiser “Leviathan.”
Now things are unsettled in the Milky Way Galaxy. Strange creatures from the necrosphere and clandestine communities unite for a secret purpose. What awaits the young solarian and his new friends from the crew of “Dead Echo” on the ocean-covered planet Arcadia? Where does the secret religious order of Tole get forbidden technologies and necrosphere knowledge that allow them to bring the dead back to life? Who are the Two-Faced—and where did millions of people disappear millions of years ago?
All answers await Stim in the heart of darkness—at the boundary of the event horizon of the quasar Malgus.
