Web of Fear

In the near future, cryptomorphs appeared among us—creatures with dangerous paranormal abilities. Driven by a mysterious impulse, they now pose a deadly threat to the other people, who are creating an organization called BLOK—the Bureau for the Elimination of Dangerous Cryptomorphs. But are these creatures really so dangerous? And what are their true goals?

These questions are meant to be answered by Mark Veres and Kira Koval—two BLOK agents who must work together, overcoming conflicting feelings. Soon Mark and Kira realize: each of them keeps secrets that could destroy the other’s life.
