Alan Nookland is a creative pseudonym for a science-fiction writer who became famous in the genres of dark fantasy and LitRPG. We present in audio format the third book of his most popular cycle “On the Road of Power.”

The main hero of the novel, Sargon, finds himself in a strange world and cannot remember how he got here or who he is. This world is extremely hostile: every creature, be it an animal or a person, dreams of destroying the hero and devouring his power. Despite the game rules of the world, the pain and suffering here are completely real. And most importantly, the dead are not in for some magical resurrection inside the game—but for something else, something so frightening that it’s hard even to think about, which arrives with the coming of dark night terrors. No pleasant surprises, and no one’s help to expect. Survive at any cost, fight off sticky fear, and understand the purpose of why you’re here—this is the hero’s main task.

In the third book, the scale of events surrounding the hero grows. Sha-Griard has made his decision, and now a bloody frenzy threatens to engulf all of the Reiterforst barony. The confrontation between two age-old opponents has reached its peak, and the flames of conflict can no longer be extinguished. The time of the world is gone.
