Anatoly Rybakov is a well-known Russian Soviet writer, author of the famous tetralogy “Children of the Arbat,” as well as a trilogy about the adventures of Mishka Polyakov, which became iconic among Soviet children and teenagers. It consists of the novels “Kortik,” “The Bronze Bird,” and “A Shot.” The books were adapted into films, and the movies based on them were shown many times and were extremely popular.

We present in audio format the second book of yet another series, based on which a film was also made. This is “The Adventures of Kros h.” A curious and honest boy, Krosh, is fascinated by investigating mysterious incidents. Now he has to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a collection of miniature Japanese figurines—netsuke. Under suspicion is a good acquaintance of Krosh—a collector of these figurines. The boy doesn’t believe that the man is guilty, and wants to restore his good name.
