"Hedwig and the Wonderful Princess" is the fourth (and final) story in the series about the village girl Hedwig, who lives in such a remote place that sometimes she can’t even find someone to talk to, not to mention play. In this book, there are again adventures, discoveries, quarrels and reconciliations, joys and sorrows of this mischievous—and so real—girl! Hedwig is already in the third grade. And at the beginning of the school year, on a cold September morning, someone very beautiful comes to her class! With such a wonderful princess, Hedwig immediately wants to be friends. But it’s Hedwig! Of course she gets herself into yet another funny mess—there will be plenty of love, running, and knots in the uncooperative shoelaces! The first three books about Hedwig—"Hedwig Finally Goes to School," "Hedwig Is Absolutely Not to Blame," and "Hedwig and the Night Toads"—were published in Russian in 2019 and 2020 and have already received excellent reviews from readers and the press. In 2021, all three books were released in audio format. The voice of Hedwig is consistently performed by the wonderful Roza Shmukler, an actress of the Masterovaya theater of Peter Fomenko.
