Part of the money goes to develop the district… part to enterprises… and some more is allocated to strengthen security—and again the accounts are empty! The money disappears into land development, like into a bottomless barrel. And there are still beloved relatives who are already starting to divide the hide of an un-killed bear. Before you even become head of the family, the scavengers swoop in! And they even settle scores among themselves—arguing and fighting, making everything even worse.
