In the capital, a German sabotage group is operating under a traitor with the call sign “Phoenix.” The group carries out explosions of strategic facilities and murders, acting with audacity and drive—and each time successfully slips away from pursuit. The task of neutralizing this threat is assigned to a group led by Lieutenant Colonel Maxim Shelestov. However, in a huge city it’s not easy to find Phoenix and his accomplices.
