Sergey Davydov is a science-fiction writer known mainly for his novels in the urban fantasy genre, many of which were created in an LITRPG setting. “On the Other Side” is one of the author’s most popular cycles.
We present the audio continuation of it.
From the novel that opened this cycle, we learned that sometimes a bike ride can end with being transported to a parallel world—and that world, in turn, will reveal many secrets. Artem Shcheglov realizes that in our world there are mage clans who fight among themselves. One of the ways to increase your level is to go on expeditions to the Other Side—the place where monsters live, and where our hero has also been. Artem gains a rare ability: to see the properties of items and, above all, to distinguish people’s true nature—their level and power—which threatens those who don’t publicize their abilities. Now Artem is being sought by the strongest clans, but the hero has plans of his own—for life. For example, to assemble his own team and use the obtained gift, with all of its facets still not revealed.
In the second novel of the cycle, the story continues. The hero has already “stuffed his bumps” and gained invaluable experience. He is no longer a green newbie—his reputation is quite serious. But that doesn’t save him from dangers threatening him personally and our entire world as a whole. Problems don’t solve themselves—you have to act!
