Intelligence Operations. Part 6: Money, Money, Money

Continuation of the series “Intelligence Service.” In this part, I’ll begin telling about how much money matters in illegal military intelligence—as well as what new forms and methods of working with personnel and agents started appearing in the zero years. Or did everything continue to work the same way as in Soviet times? Each of you can answer for yourself whether the claim is true that we, the officers who served at the time, were simply parasitizing on the “great Soviet” legacy—or whether we were doing something ourselves. Or maybe we even experimented. In any case, you’ll be able to draw your own conclusions about what’s hidden under the word “to toil” when people talk about service in the system of illegal military intelligence.
