Magic. It is not fiction or a fairy tale, but a real technology long unknown to humanity. The first recorded case of magic use occurred in 1999. The incident in which police officers, with the help of special forces, stopped a terrorist attack planned by a group of fanatics who were trying to use nuclear weapons to fulfill a prophecy about the destruction of mankind became the first documented case of magic being used in modern history. Initially, these unusual abilities were called “Supernatural Power.” The presence of this power in a person was explained by heredity or a sudden mutation that could not be artificially induced and later made widespread. But that was a mistake. Research into “Supernatural Power” by both Eastern and Western powerful nations revealed the existence of people endowed with “Magic.” It therefore became possible to reproduce “Supernatural Power” through “Magic.” Of course, talent is required for this. Only those who have strong abilities from birth can achieve mastery that places them on a level with those gifted in art or science. Supernatural power was systematized through magic, and magic became a technical skill. “Users of supernatural power” came to be called “Magic Operators.” Experienced Magic Operators, capable of suppressing even nuclear weaponry, are a nation’s most powerful weapon. At the end of the 21st century — in 2095 — the various countries of the world, far from united, were drawn into a race to train Magic Operators (Wizards). ©
