Strange things are happening in the Chernobyl Zone. A whole military unit of the Isolation Forces has been completely wiped out; the military checkpoint has been destroyed; and the base of the Wardens has been attacked by an unknown enemy. Soft, Smoke, and a trio of fighters break through the siege. They must find Arthur Orlov who’s gotten lost somewhere across the Chernobyl Zone, and the mercenary Iven. One against everyone, with no outside support or help. And right on their heels lurks a mysterious enemy—sometimes sowing trouble, and sometimes suddenly helping.

The heroes will have to go through the entire Zone to crack the code of the Black Ones and get answers to the questions that have piled up. But will those answers please them?
