Drowned Girls

A girl is found in an old cemetery—the criminal left her to die at the feet of a statue of the Virgin Mary. At the same time, an unidentified body wrapped in plastic is pulled from the city canal. On the foreheads of both victims, a crucifix has been carved.

A young detective, Angie Palorino, starts working on the case, but she does so with caution. Not only did she begin hearing terrifying voices in her head after the investigation began, but her new partner, James—whom she has to work with in a team—turns out to be familiar to her for a completely different reason…
