Sergei Boguslavsky works not only to find his place in a new world, but also does everything possible to prevent a coup and the ensuing civil war that plunges Russia into chaos.

After the signing of a separate peace with Germany, he will have to do more than defend himself—he must protect the life of the Russian emperor.
