Angel with Iron Wings

The consciousness of a dying young man is transferred into the body of a memory-lost artillery lieutenant. It is 1915. At first, the hero perceives his new body as a gift of fate—after spending most of his life lying on a hospital bed, he now has an entire world at his disposal and must catch up on everything that he missed in that life. The hero will have to deal with the criminal underworld of Petersburg and act behind the front lines, in the rear of the German army, near Smorgon. Free life as a lone man suited him—until the day he had to face something he couldn’t just walk past. The trouble that happened to his sister made him look at life differently and think about how, a year from now, Russia—wide-open of soul and cozy with its samovar comfort—will drown in blood from brotherly war, taking with it millions of human lives. Only he has a chance to change the course of history. Who else, if not him?
