We present an audio version of the novel “Reflection.” This is the third book in the popular series “Word and Purity,” written at the crossroads of boyar-anime and portal fantasy. The main character is a war correspondent with experience in hot spots and a passion for fencing taught to him by his wife, a Master of Sports. The hero dies at the very beginning of the book and is reborn into the body of a teenager living in another world. The teenager is not simple: he is a rei-g, a warrior of the fracture. In other words, he can move into a parallel space where he is practically invulnerable to the main world. Each rei-g has a blade directly linked to the owner’s identity and influencing him. The fracture holds all sorts of dangers—it constantly spews unknown monsters—and it is the rei-gs’ duty to protect their world—even at the cost of their own lives.
Being trapped in a чужий shell makes the hero unique. He has two blades instead of one: the first comes from the previous personality, the second from the new one. Their names are Word and Purity. One cannot tolerate lies; the other is always ready to defend the weak. The hero quickly adjusts to his new world and tries to understand why monster invasions happen. In the third book, we’ll get the continuation of the story. Often, everything is actually nothing like it seems. That’s a well-known truth. But the hero will have to learn it once again—through his own bitter experience. Intrigued? Details are in the audiobook.
