The Stories of the Meekhan Border. East-West

The East of the Meekhan Empire is an uneasy place. Here runs the border with a defeated, but unbroken, state of warlike nomads; here, in great number, are Urоchishcha—cursed places where you can run into incredible monsters. Here the free detachment of General Laskolnik, which once brought victory over the nomads to the empire, continues its service and fights threats—both obvious and secret. And the East is rich in threats. As it is rich in secrets.

In the West stands the city-state Ponkee-La, where the influence of a new cult of the god of war Реагвір grows—whose power heals the infirm and grants sight to the blind. A young thief, Altshin, gets pulled into an intrigue connected with the kidnapping of the cult’s chief relic—the sword, said by legend to have belonged to Реагвір himself.
Altshin still doesn’t know what ominous secrets will be revealed to him, doesn’t know how unbearable a divine blessing can be—and, most importantly, what terrible truth will emerge about who the gods really are.
