Syberia: The Mockingbird

This world was similar to ours—until, at some point, someone’s appeal to otherworldly forces turned Siberia, as it is called here, into an even harsher land, and the opening of the Eye of Winter made survival there extremely difficult. This is only possible for the Gifted—people endowed with superpowers. It is they who live and rule on this edge of the Russian Empire—a land considered cursed, yet drawing others in with its wealth and resources.

A soul from our world accidentally fell under a resurrection ritual performed in the world of Saiberia. Our “arriver” finds himself in the body of Bogdan’s son. Settling into an alternate world will not be easy, but a special gift of the Mimic will help him. It consists in the fact that the hero can copy the gift of anyone he comes into contact with.

In the second book, Bogdan plans to earn money through battles to obtain funds to restore the estate. At the same time, the Demons of the Eye grow more and more numerous, and to protect against them, a serious retinue must be assembled.
