In the MMORPG game “Crossroads,” no player could match Diablo in power and strategy—an игрок the others often called “the King of Demons.” In reality, though, Diablo is Takuma Sakamoto, a shut-in who has devoted himself to the game for several years and knows practically everything about it.

One day, under strange circumstances, Takuma wakes up on a strange altar surrounded by two lovely girls who were arguing between themselves about who summoned him. Looking around, Takuma realizes he has ended up in the world of “Crossroads” and has become a character he once played! But instead of a successful completion of the summoning ritual and Diablo’s subjugation, everything turns out exactly the opposite: the panther-girl and the elf end up being the ones under command.
