Arkady Novikov is an influential entrepreneur in the restaurant industry who has created more than 70 establishments and owns a company with an annual turnover exceeding $200 million.

Novikov is an example of a businessman who achieved success through his own efforts. He grew up in a family where his mother was a kindergarten teacher and his father was an engineer, living in a small apartment of just 28 square meters. After serving in the army, despite being denied a job at McDonald’s, he managed to build the largest restaurant chain in Russia.
