In 1812, a comet flew over the Earth. Who knows why, but after that, intelligent animals began to be born on the planet. And in the London of the late nineteenth century, a boy meets a fox.

A noble gentleman with a red tail, of French origin, handles his fists and sword excellently, serving as an unlicensed consultant for Scotland Yard.

So who is he, Monsieur Renard? A detective, a beast, a bored aristocrat? What is his deductive method? And, most importantly, why did he step in the way of all the criminality of London?
