The attempt by the USA and Great Britain to reclaim a dominant position on the world stage ended in complete failure—though, seemingly weakened by losses in the recent world slaughter, the Red Army dealt a crushing defeat to its former allies. Now the entire Europe is under the control of the Soviet Union, including the British Isles and a significant part of Asia; a new community of states is taking shape—the Eurasian Union.

Left alone, the “main democratic state on the planet” tries to preserve its influence at least in Latin America, where a movement begins to break free from the tight “embrace” of the big neighbor. Venezuela is chosen as the first candidate for a public “punishment.” But there, the Americans are already waiting for a Russian Special Corps commanded by the young Marshal Severov.
