Lieutenant Stepan Alekseev of the Russian Marines continues fighting the fascists. After safely reaching the legendary “Little Land,” the sergeant soon goes into a raid behind enemy lines almost immediately, with a handful of fighters.
Where fearless saboteurs appear, enemy headquarters burn, equipment camps explode, and occupiers die by the dozens… But then Alekseev discovers a German airfield from which dive bombers take off, raining high explosives onto the positions of the defenders of “Little Land.”
Stepan faces a difficult decision: to retreat and pass the gathered information to command, or—sacrificing himself—to attack the airfield. And time for reflection is running out, because mountain hunters from the “Edelweiss” division have been sent to find the elusive Russian scouts!
