That’s how “lucky” stylist Stepanida Kozlova got! Now her newly purchased apartment is unfit for living; she has to do new renovations— and, as everyone knows, that’s worse than a fire… She had to move into a boarding house “Cozy Corner,” which, in reality, turned out not to be so cozy.

One night Stepa discovered in her room… Batman flying through the window! And the neighbor who treated herself to candy in Kozlova’s room ended up in the hospital with poisoning…

To top it all off, Stepanida started getting calls from a blackmailer, threatening to reveal an old story: allegedly, she killed her classmate! Soon Stepa learned— a week ago, another girl, terribly similar to her, lived in the very same room, but she disappeared without a trace…

It seems something horrifying and incomprehensible is swirling around Stepanida, and she ended up at this boarding house not by chance at all!
