The Emerald Tablet

Mid-19th century. By chance, two brave Russian travelers—married couple Anita and Alex Maksimov—find themselves in the company of the uncanny in the ancient castle of the legendary Vlad Țepeș. There is a dwarf hunchback, an old man with blue skin, a woman covered head to toe in wolf fur, and a girl who fears water like fire. Who are they—guests of the last count from the Draculesti line, or his prisoners and victims? What does the castle’s master have in store for them: death or rebirth? Will Anita and Alex manage to leave the castle and escape the fate awaiting them?
