The Earth is still under a terrifying Season of Catastrophes. This time an anomaly zone appears in a small Russian town, and a dozen and a half residents of the Thirteenth Microdistrict are cut off from the rest of the world. The captives of the anomaly zone try to find a way out and notice that transformations are happening to them. The situation could change if the group “Quest-13,” specializing in such things, comes in—but it seems the questers themselves are also at a loss. In the depths of a garbage dump, someone is building a colossal statue—why? And who are those strange armed homeless people, who don’t look much like ordinary homeless men? Once again, the questers are convinced that the incomprehensible Game they have been pulled into is far from reaching its finale…
