One December evening, Nora asked Ivan to meet her granddaughter. In front of him, Rita was struck by a “Volvo” with dirty number plates and disappeared from the scene of the crime. After the funeral, Nora asks Ivan to find out who Rita spent the last evening with. He meets Rita’s friend, Nastya, and understands that she is hiding something. When he goes to her to uncover the truth, he finds her dead in the bathroom. Then a couple more of Rita’s acquaintances die. Their deaths seem natural, but Nora believes someone killed them—just as she was killed, and just as her granddaughter was killed—and instructs her “Archie Goodwin” to find out everything…
