Major Koryonov, a former officer of the Criminal Investigation Department—nicknamed the Fox—gets released from prison. Alas, Themis can be blind. One of the city’s criminal authorities, the Shaman, played a significant role in this.

Settling scores with the Shaman and the colleagues who betrayed him was not part of Koryonov’s plans—after all, he ended up in his home town, which was engulfed by a wave of criminal wars. However, encountering the incredible criminal lawlessness prevailing in the city and the deaths of his friends, the former major Koryonov decides to bring order using his own methods…
