People argue a lot about the heroes of our time. But are there any at all? What can you say? What time, such heroes: ambiguous ones.

Aleksey Leonidov has to make a difficult choice. Dmitry Sazhin is, of course, a hero. He built a financial empire from scratch, went bankrupt, and got a prison sentence—yet he didn’t break in jail, even though it changed him for the worse. But even heroes aren’t allowed everything. And someone must stop him when, pursuing his goal, he walks over corpses.
