Odi ended up on the surface of a planet. The artificial world created to save Earth from disaster is behind him, though its horrors are still etched into the hero’s memory. But the world he has landed in now is just as nightmarish. Odi once again has to go straight for things, sparing no enemies, and prove to everyone around him that he earned their fear and respect for a reason in his past life—though now it has already been forgotten. On the surface, the System rules too, and the hero has to serve it in order to survive. Gradually, Odi remembers his past and the history of how the System was created. And he also encounters new disgusting manifestations of life as it exists on the planet now.
In the sixth book, Odi finally finds himself on the island of Formosa. And that happens despite the fact that the First promised to kill him. There is no System connection here, so Odi will have to find the helmet that can communicate with it. Power on Formosa is concentrated in the hands of the one directly connected with the First—and in the hands of the one who hates Odi more than anyone in the world. Listen to the continuation of the story.
