Contact Zone

“Contact Zone” is a science-fiction novel by Andrey Livadny, episode two; main action occurs in the year 3930.

The novel takes place in the Universe of “Touch.” A chain of mysterious events begins with the reception of a fragmentary transmission— a broadcast from the bridge of a cruiser with the strange, unfamiliar people’s name “Shadow of Earth.” The signal spreads through the anomalous structures of hyper-space. The connection unexpectedly breaks with the N-bolg stations where the transmission was received.

Many are sent to search for the source of the data. Who will discover the mysterious ship first—humans or beings of other space races? What will they encounter at the epicenter of an anomalous hyper-space region?
