Tomorrow May Not Come

As a result of a mysterious experiment, Varvara Kononova and Aleksei Danilov find themselves in 1957 in the USSR. Using their knowledge of the future, Aleksei becomes an assistant to the First Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee, Khrushchev. But the young man’s high position lasts only a short time. His stories about the collapse of communism in the 1990s drive Khrushchev into a frenzy—Aleksei is arrested. At the same time, a colonel Petrenko arrives from the future, telling Varvara terrible things: in 2020, a series of epidemics and disasters began in Russia. Petrenko’s task is to rewrite history. And Varvara and Danilov are forced to help him…
