Masha Vershinina spent her whole life dreaming of a small house where she could live as she pleased, grow unusual flowers, and welcome her beloved girlfriends.

And here it is—the little house just like she wanted. Except for one catch: unscrupulous realtors sold it twice—once to Masha and once to a rather solid gentleman with the surname Matveyev.

Two owners in one house, court proceedings, tedious arguments—this all horrified Masha so much that it felt like she might as well give up.
