Rostislav Korsunsky is a Russian science-fiction writer, author of several book cycles, mainly working in the genre of combat fantasy. We present in audio format the second novel of his cycle “The Demon’s Fury.” On a distant planet, demons ruled, but one day an outside enemy appeared—stronger than they were—and destroyed them. Only the son of the ruling demons survived: a boy named Raesh. They sealed him in the Capsule of Eternity and sent him to Earth. Raesh was saved—but what awaited him on a foreign planet? Slavery, hard labor, a gladiator arena. Hopes for a better fate seemed illusory. But one day Raesh met a girl with a similar fate. Now he wasn’t alone, and friends carried out a daring escape. In the second book of the cycle—the novel “The Student”—Raesh will have to go through many trials. He enters a magical academy, but the hero also needs to restore his magical abilities, which for some reason have been blocked. His drive to stand up for the weak brings him both major troubles and unexpected patronage.
