The Russian Empire has won the Russo-Japanese War. In the Far East, major construction is under way—railroads are being laid there as well, factories, mills, elevators are being built, and housing is being provided for Russian settlers. In the European part of Russia, brisk growth in industrial production and a rise in agriculture continue. But neither Europe nor the USA falls behind. Now only Алексей Коржин, a former top manager from the 21st century, known in this time as the great prince and general адмирал Алексей Романов, is not the only one who knows that a world war is unavoidable. The British have already built their "Dreadnought", and since 7 September 1907 all battleships have instantly become obsolete. The main task is the intensified preparation of the Russian army and navy for war under the watchful eye of the "allies" and opponents.
