A graffiti fan and talented writer Slava somehow avoids trouble with the police, but ends up in the worst possible situation. For educational purposes, his father sends him “into exile” for the entire summer—into the remote village Voronyi Gnezdo, to his grandmother. Strange and frightening incidents begin to happen to Slava right away, but no matter how he tries, he can’t leave the village. And soon he finds out he isn’t the only captive in this mysterious place. What curse hangs over the village? What holds its residents so tightly and so cruelly?
