Roman, weary of the monotonous work of a security guard, asks a new acquaintance — a god nicknamed Aragorn — to transport him to a world where spells matter less than a blade and strength. His wish comes true, but very soon he realizes that even in the harshest reality, the hardest battles are fought not outside, but within a person.
Roman is called Roman. He is a professional security guard who knows his job down to the last detail and is used to stopping problems before they even have a chance to begin. Such a life is disciplined, but it robs him of something else — the chance to lose control, take a risk, give free rein to his anger. And sometimes you just want to smash the smug face of yet another drugged-out bastard who doesn't even consider you human. Even worse when that bastard is a crazily rich woman who is sure that everything is allowed to her. Roman wanted to let loose for real.
In search of adrenaline, he goes to a role-playing fan gathering — and there he meets a strange guy nicknamed Aragorn. How was he to know that this weirdo really would turn out to be a god and could grant Roman's request: to send him to a world without orcs, elves, and magic — to a place where only steel rules the battlefield…
