The Wise Woman and the Bogatyr

Nechay saved a young herbalist in the forest. She healed his wound and escorted him to the city. And then she offered to go with him on a dangerous princely mission. On the way they’ll have to ask advice from an old wizard whom the earth won’t accept, and to revive a boat that sea raiders abandoned. An exciting story inspired by folk tales, sensual romance, a town by the river, everyday life in Ancient Rus’, and a good ending. A traditional approach with a new reading of well-known legends. Two love lines, a proud winged serpent, and a willful princess.
