After the adventures in a derelict hotel, Lina’s life returned to normal: she lives in the apartment left to her by her great-grandmother, renovates it, and continues working in the city archive. Nothing unusual happens until, under strange circumstances, she discovers a photograph of her great-grandmother in front of the city clock. In the picture, taken more than sixty years ago, she also notices her new acquaintance—the man whose arrival last time had been the starting point for the oddities. Apparently, she’s in for a new mystery from the past, one she will have to unravel with friends from different archives and her Aunt Asha’s delicious pastries. But most of all, Lina is intrigued by this mysterious man with a cane, over whom, as it turns out, time has no power. Who is he? How is he connected to her family? And what should she expect from him?
