Preemptive Strike

An unknown danger is approaching inhabited worlds from the center of the Galaxy. In some places, the activity of stars suddenly sharply increases, people disappear in strange ways, and unexplained incidents occur — yet the interstellar community still doesn’t believe the threat is real.

To defend their worlds, only a small number of brave people have to stand up, such as the Dactian Cyriус Rem, smuggler Hornet, the Maromanians Max Hauer, and Dr. Boris Boze. They forgot their hostilities and became a single team after, in the Terranova sector, they encountered the first signs of the impending universal disaster and its herald — the ship “Steel Butterfly.”

To learn as much as possible about the enemy, Hauer, Rem, and the team set off for the free planet Enium, the main information crossroads of the inhabited part of the Galaxy. But how could they know that the enemy is tracking them, and that their visit puts Enium under attack?
