The year 1999. Egor and Yusya Kruglov are left without adult care. Nothing good awaits them. Their disability turned the brothers into gloomy misanthropes. However, the appearance of a mysterious stranger radically changes the dull, hopeless life of the provincial boys. They gain superpowers and an enemy who wants to take those powers away.
