The story takes place in Saint Petersburg at present day. The “Thirteenth Edition,” also known as “The House of the Dead Owner,” is a place where people carry out other people’s wishes without asking for anything in return.
They have competitors too—also fulfilling wishes—but in exchange they require you to sign a contract to sell an immortal soul, just one. All the heroes—both good and bad, those who fulfill wishes and those who want their wishes fulfilled—have no special superpowers.
