You are offered the third novel from the author’s new cycle “March of the Anonymous.” With the Crusader knight Konstantin Polbu and his adventures after being thrown into a parallel world—which, as it turns out along the way, is the main one in relation to the other worlds, under the name “Life”—you are already familiar. The adventures of a student obsessed with games who chose the race of the Great Levels are also well known to fans of the cycle. Now a third hero steps onto the stage.

Semyon Barsukov, a specialist in matters that aren’t supposed to be discussed, ends up in an accident—and his brain is connected to a game. But the moment when his brain sent signals indicating the presence of intelligence was missed, and his memory remains fragmentary. In the game Semyon finds himself in the guise of a badger with huge ears and a Tanuki class. Of course, every time the hero gets new “points,” it comes with troubles for other players—which bothers Barsukov somewhat. In the game the hero encounters another strange character—the Cornet Obolensky, who in real life was suffering from a severe drug addiction, and was sent into the game for rehabilitation. In the game he strives to save as many people as possible—because of one incident that led to psychological trauma. Needless to say, this pair will cause plenty of noise, and it definitely won’t be boring. Due to the book’s large volume, in the audio format it is split into two volumes. Listen to the first of them.
