Two years have passed since Fyodor Alekseyevich’s triumphant return to Moscow. Or rather—our contemporary returning in the body of a tsar. During this time, an enormous amount has been done. And the transmigrator can be proud of what he has accomplished. First of all, transit trade along the Volga has begun to function; developments of non-ferrous metals have started in the Urals. New manufactories are also opening, meant to cover Russia’s needs for cloth that is purchased abroad. There are also successes on the diplomatic front. The country still hasn’t gotten entangled in large wars and has signed a peace treaty with Poland.

But enemies don’t sleep, just like neutral countries that Russia needs in order to solve its problems. That is normal politics—where our hero is still successfully maneuvering.

However, there is one problem. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Will the transmigrator manage to avoid this curse?
