Author’s note: I’m writing the continuation of the “Quintus Licinius” cycle alone. Quintus Licinius is the world of Mikhail Koryukov. It’s just that it’s very hard for him to combine the professions of a financial analyst and a writer. Especially since Mikhail, very carefully and like a true perfectionist, works over the text—while there aren’t enough time and strength. We started in co-authorship with the 4th book, but I wrote it by myself, just as I wrote the subsequent volumes alone. I was ashamed to remove Mikhail’s surname, but it had to be done—Mikhail insisted. Now I occasionally write to him and consult him regarding mathematics.
