The Resister

Could a retired military engineer from the planet Earth, who had the last stage of cancer, have dreamed of living longer? As it turned out—yes, and he was given that chance.

A space civilization. A planet Turia, existing on the edge of poverty, harsh climate, and one-and-a-half gravity. In a large but poor clan of Gens, after a serious illness, a ten-year-old boy wakes up speaking a language no one knows and suffering complete amnesia.

A chance? Yes, it’s a chance for life for our main hero. But there’s a trait in his character that has interfered with him all his life. He has always resisted pressure and attempts to control him. Nothing changes in the new place, and the clan members— with humor—nickname him “Resister.”
