Salt and the Magic Crystal

Targa, a young Canadian girl, was supposed to attend her home school’s graduation class—but she is a siren, a water elemental, and in addition, the hereditary owner of the Polish “Novakov Shipping Company,” as well as the remains of the sunken ship “Sibellen.”

Now the girl is in Gdansk, swimming in the Baltic waters with her lover Antoni and her mother Maira. But something is heavily clouding her life. Her mother-siren can no longer remain on land—she is drawn to the ocean. And Targa can’t explain to Antoni where Maira has gone: the nature of a mermaid is her great secret.

Things take a turn for the worse when someone steals a pendant with a translucent turquoise crystal—one of the artifacts from the “Sibellen.” Trying to uncover the thief’s motives and catch him, Targa lands in an unbelievably dangerous situation, while her lover is nearly killed…
